Renovation-first indoor planning
In an older Durham home, the least disruptive room is not always the least expensive room. A basement or rear addition may be close to plumbing but far from usable panel capacity; a finished attic may have difficult delivery access and limited ceiling or ventilation options.
Document existing construction before selecting a custom room or prefab cabin. A measured plan, panel photo, proposed wire route, and manufacturer specification sheet give contractors something concrete to evaluate.
