Traditional electric heaters commonly require a dedicated hardwired circuit, while some compact infrared cabins use a receptacle. Those patterns are not universal. Heater output, controls, lighting, accessories, conductor temperature ratings, and installation location all affect the final design.

Have the full electrical path reviewed

A circuit is more than a breaker. An outdoor project can add trenching or another approved wiring method and weather-rated components.
